Join the New England Wildlife Control Team

At New England Wildlife Control, we’re passionate about helping homeowners and businesses solve pest and wildlife challenges safely and humanely. We’re growing and looking for a reliable Wildlife Control Helper to join our team!

Position:

Wildlife Control Helper

Location:

New England Wildlife Control Shop (daily transportation required)

Hours:

Weekdays, typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Pay:

Starting at $20/hr, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Must not be afraid of heights
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting
  • Carpentry or roofing skills helpful but not required – a willingness to learn is essential
  • Tools provided (note: insurance not currently provided)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist on site visits – Work alongside the owner/technician to inspect properties for signs of pests or wildlife intrusions.
  • Prepare & apply treatments – Set up traps, bait stations, or treatments under supervision while following safety protocols.
  • Handle & remove wildlife – Support humane removals of raccoons, squirrels, bats, birds, and more in compliance with laws and ethical practices.
  • Repair & exclusion work – Help seal entry points, install exclusion barriers, and perform light repairs to prevent re-entry.
