Welcome to New England Wildlife Control. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

New England Wildlife Control (the “Program”) offers our customers the option to engage in SMS/MMS mobile messages. These include, but are not limited to, appointment confirmations, quote requests, service reminders, and follow-up communications regarding wildlife and pest control services.

Program Description

When you opt-in to the Program, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or manual service-related and promotional text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team. You can expect to receive messages related to your specific service requests or active projects.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Support Instructions

For support or assistance, reply HELP to any of our messages or email us at [email protected]. You may also call us directly at (978) 494-1261.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
